The most talked-about addition is the selective brush in the app’s iOS version. The brush allows photo editors to make selective changes and enhance different parts of their images. 3D touch users can also increase or decrease the brush’s effect by the amount of pressure they put on their screens.
Another notable change is a redesigned interface for iPad users. Adobe hopes editors will take advantage of the larger screens while maintaining top performance through the new platform. iPad users will also be able to fine tune photographs with a new Details Tab. The tab will allow greater focus and global control over sharpening and noise reduction.
Finally, Android users received an update in the app as well. Adobe insists that the new interface will make the app faster and more efficient.
Both versions of the app are available for download in their respective app stores.
