Ease of Use Ease of Use

Professional photographers and those with some experience in photo printing services will have an easier time using the AdoramaPix website than others. While the home page is informative, subsequent pages often have too many options for an amateur to navigate, as the site language and creation process seems to be geared more toward professionals. However, the customer service section, complete with a forum and other ways to contact company representatives allow questions to be answered in a timely manner, and the assistance is friendly and comforting. Once a customer places an order and becomes more at ease with the process, creating everything from photo books to canvas prints is faster and more effortless.

Bottom Line Bottom Line

AdoramaPix has a loyal following in the photography community, but more people are starting to use the service due to its high quality and reputation in the industry. While amateur photo printing customers may find the website difficult to use at first, the quality of the products is worth the effort to take the time to learn the software and use the tools available. It may not be the most user-friendly for quick and cheap photo processing, but it is an ideal site for superior images.
